Working as a Spanish teacher in Dubai was a unique and enriching experience. I had the opportunity to teach in classrooms equipped with cutting-edge technology, which allowed me to implement innovative and dynamic methodologies in my lessons.
What inspired me the most was, without a doubt, the diversity of my students: young learners from many different nationalities who all shared the same enthusiasm for learning Spanish. Our classroom became a place filled with unforgettable moments, laughter, solidarity, curiosity, and dedication that translated into outstanding academic achievements.
One of my favorite memories was watching my high school students design activities to teach Spanish to elementary students. Building on what they had learned, they created fun and creative learning experiences, and they did an amazing job! This not only reinforced their own knowledge but also highlighted the power of collaborative teaching.
