Teaching Spanish has brought me countless rewards, including the opportunity to work and live in South Korea. During my years there, I learned from the wisdom of the Korean people and had the joy of teaching our wonderful language to many elementary and middle school students.
Among the most memorable educational experiences of this period were the creation of a Latin dance group, the joy of my students as they were able to communicate in Spanish while giving interactive presentations in class, and the valuable work carried out together with Spanish-speaking parents living in Korea, who generously offered their time to organize activities with the students in the Spanish class.
